Target Audience: Operations, transmission, generation, security, compliance, and training staff of registered entities within the SERC Region responsible for protecting the reliability and security of the Bulk Power System. Specifically, this content is targeted to SERC members, liaisons, committee representatives, compliance contacts, or other individuals that need to be familiar with NERC Standards, SERC programs, and changes impacting SERC registered entities.
