Calendars This section details the frequency of the pay period for your employees. You can set up multiple Pay Periods if there are a mix of employees that are paid weekly or monthly, for example.


Xero have automatically included the standard Bank Holidays, however if there are any additional holiday days that you allow all your employees to have (e.g. additional days at Christmas due to office closure) these should be added here.
