The employment tab needs to be completed to move on to the other tabs, therefore you will need the ensure you have the following details available;
Employee number
National Insurance Number
NI Category
Employment Start Date
Payroll Calendar (this is the frequency of pay)
Please note that the Employee Number must match that used for their pension filing or this could cause the integration to fail (only applicable to NEST and The Peoples Pension.)
Once the above has been completed, you will then need to add a Salary & Wage to this employee.
