Click on the relevant day to open the options. Select the relevant earnings type.
Enter the number of hours worked (ensure you use the colon ( : ) to split between hours and minutes.)
If you have more than one work type on one day (i.e. regular hours and overtime) click +Add New.
Complete the above process for all relevant days and click Submit. The timesheet will then be sent for approval. You can still edit or delete the timesheet up until the point this has been approved.
The Payroll Administrator or the Line Manager will then receive notification to approve the timesheet.
