The invoice amount can be based either on the percentage of the project’s estimated income (1) or the custom amount (2).
If you wish to close the project once an invoice is created, tick this box (3).
“Go to draft invoice” button (4) will take you to the invoice template, which will be automatically assigned to that project.
All the details you’ve entered on this screen, will also be populated automatically.
You can also allocate an invoice straight from the invoice template. In order to do this, create an invoice from the Sales overview screen and below the item lines, click “Assign item to a project”.
Chose a project you want this invoice to be assigned to from the drop down box (1) and click “Okay” (2).
