LEADING WITH HOSPITALITY In hospitality, true leadership goes beyond titles — it's about taking initiative, working as a team, and always putting the member experience first. That spirit was on full display recently at our Beach Club, where the team came together for a special beach clean-up that reflects our commitment to excellence and environmental care. After obtaining special permission to remove

seaweed from the shoreline, the entire Beach Club team rolled up their sleeves and got to work. The goal? To create a pristine, inviting beach environment where our members can relax and enjoy the beauty of the coast. From early morning efforts to hours of hands-on teamwork, the clean-up was a success! Our dedicated beach staff are ensuring that the area stays well-maintained and member-ready every day. This initiative is more than just a clean beach — it's about leadership through action, teamwork, and a shared commitment to delivering unforgettable moments to our members. That's what hospitality is all about.

“MOW” NEWS IS GOOD NEWS

Fresh cuts and updates from the Golf Course Maintenance Department. During the closure, our team perform cultural practices on the golf courses. Last week we had the DryJect on the South Course, which is currently closed for 10 weeks for annual maintenance. This method of aerification involves injecting high pressure water and sand into soil to improve aeration and drainage on the greens to improve soil health and turf resilience without disrupting the surface.

Thank you to the 20+ staff members that contributed to carrying sand!

A special thank you to all the managers and employees involved, such as Culinary and Purchasing who provided food and hydrating drinks to the staff.

To share how you spent some fun time this summer, we invite you to send a short caption along with a few photos to avillalobos@frenchmanscreek.com. Whether you explored new places, spent quality time with family, or simply relaxed at home, we’d love to see and share your special moments! SHARE YOUR SUMMER ADVENTURES! This week’s feature is from Max Gay, our Setup Manager. Max took a trip to Washington, D.C. where he toured the White House and other notable places. On his time off, he turned into a master chef at home—throwing an unforgettable party with mouth-watering dishes that he prepared himself.

WELCOME TO THE TEAM
