*Qualifying policies are Ethos Term Life - Choice/Prime and or Ethos IUL The is available to the first 50 agents who activate 10 qualifying policies. The application can be submitted anytime, but the policy must be activated between 10/1/24-12/31/24 to be eligible for the bonus. The policy must stay in force through the free look period to be eligible. Controlled business does not qualify. Custom branded iPads will be shipped to eligible participants in February 2025. Policies terminated after the free-look period will be subject to commission chargebacks. If a policy is surrendered or lapses or is determined to be fraudulent or acquired through mis-selling before payout, the bonus associated with that policy may be forfeited. Ethos periodically makes available certain performance challenges as an additional incentive to reward defined performance metrics by its direct third-party agents and subcontractors ("Challenges"). Challenges are presented at the discretion of Ethos and are revocable by Ethos at any time—with or without prior notice—in its sole discretion. No Challenge reward is earned until the Challenge metric is completed in its entirety, and Ethos has confirmed in writing the agent's successful completion of such Challenge to Ethos' satisfaction, in its sole discretion. Agents must be in good standing with Ethos at the time of payout.
