A new, not-to-miss, fine dining restaurant in the 16th arrondissement in Paris, Comice is the brainchild of husband and wife, chef and sommelier duo Noam Gedalof and Etheliya Hananova. Serving product-driven contemporary French cuisine and a wine list centered on grower producers, it is the culmination of the rich experiences and meaningful relationships that the couple have cultivated over the years working in prestigious establishments in Paris and abroad. Featuring warm orange and amber tones set against striking shades of peacock blue, it offers an atmosphere that is refined and elegant yet welcoming and unpretentious. In early February, the restaurant received its first Michelin Star after just six months in business, a testament to the pair’s swift success at the flawless execution of their vision. – –
