Every student deserves to feel safe when they’re at the College, so it’s important that you work with us to protect yourself and your fellow students at all times.
Safeguarding
If you have any concerns about your safety or the safety of another student, please bring it to the attention of the Safeguarding team immediately so that we can take the appropriate action as soon as possible.
Things to look out for and report to us include:
• bullying, including online bullying and prejudice-based bullying • hate crime, including racist, disability and homophobic • or trans-phobic abuse • peer-on-peer abuse • signs of neglect • physical, sexual or emotional abuse • gender-based violence and/or violence against women and girls • substance abuse • technological abuse e.g. sexting
• child sexual exploitation and/or trafficking • radicalisation and/or extremist behaviour • teenage relationship abuse and/or coercive control • domestic violence • female genital mutilation • forced marriage.
