L9 World Label Association Presents Printing Awards The L9 World Label Association has announced the winners of the Best of the Best awards which were judged by an international panel of judges during La- belexpo 2019.
The awards would normally be presented to the winning companies during the Labelexpo Americas event in Chicago in September 2020. Because that event has been postponed until March 2021 it was decided that the awards would be presented by the appropriate “local” association rather than wait until next March. The winning label in the flexographic printing cat- egory was for Freakshow Chardonnay produced by Multi-Color Corporation North America Wine & Spir- its, USA.The combined use of gold ink and cold foil- ing creates a great framework for the central theme of the label.
