Duncan Johnston-Watt (Founder and CEO) is a serial entrepreneur and industry visionary with over twenty years experience in the software industry. Immediately prior to founding Cloudsoft, Duncan was CTO at Enigmatec Corporation, the enterprise data center automation company he founded in 2001. Enigmatec was sold to iWave which was subsequently acquired by EMC. A Computerworld Smithsonian Laureate for his pioneering work introducing Java Enterprise to financial services, Duncan holds an MSc in Computation from Oxford University and a BA in Mathematics and Philoso- phy from Leeds University.

Codeweavers develops tailor-made digital software solutions for automotive and finance businesses in the car retailing sector. The Company’s solutions range from finance calculators and lead generation tools to quoting and lead management systems. Roland serves as Managing Director at Codeweavers, which he joined in 2001. As Managing Director, Roland is responsible for leading a team of 32 Developers in producing advanced motor retailing software. Prior to joining Codeweavers, Roland served as Financed and Insurance Manager at Virgin Cars. Previously, Roland was Group Finance and Insurance Manager at Holdcroft. Roland holds a B.Sc. in Geography and Statistics from London Metropolitan University.
