John Snyder is CEO and Co-Founder of Grapeshot. He leads a hundred-strong technology and sales team, with offices in New York, Cambridge, London, Singapore and Chicago. John has spent his whole career in the field of information retrieval and keyword technology, with a successful exit of the Muscat search business in 1997, and a series of investments in hi-tech start-ups. After completing an Economics degree in Bordeaux, Didier moves to Paris soon after and creates an international trade business in the textile industry until he discovers the digital world in the 90s. Amazed by this new world, Didier be- comes a web pioneer. He creates his first B2B platform in the 2000s for the international textile trade. In 2002, Didier creates his second B2B plat- form, SourcesIT, for the use of Internet professionals.

He has over 20 years international business experience in private equity management and has led private and public financings and strategic mergers and acquisitions for leading high growth companies.
