Mike is a Partner at AGC Partners and covers the Digital Media and Marketing Technology sectors He has completed numerous transactions totaling more than $20 bil- lion in transaction value Mike has recently represented Legendary Pictures on the carve-out of its data analytics business, Legendary Analytics, and Tronc (fka Trib- une Publishing), owner of the LA Times, in its recent sell-side situation involving Gannett Steve is a partner in the Boston office and covers Vertical Market and Enterprise SaaS, and Technology-Enabled Business Services Steve has advised over 100 technology companies in connection with M&A and capital raise transactions Prior to AGC, Steve served as Co-Head of the Technology Group at Stephens Inc., Managing Director at ThinkEquity, as well as RBC Capital Markets, where he led the firm's East Coast Software and Technology-Enabled Services team Steve earned an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a BSBA from Boston College
