Sean is a Vice President in AGC Partners’ London Office At AGC Sean has advised on transactions ranging from sell-side and buy-side M&A mandates to debt and equity financings He has been a part of deal teams spanning a broad sector base within technology, including Fintech, IoT, Security, Gaming and Vertical Soft- ware Prior to joining AGC, Sean worked at Ernst and Young where he led engagement teams in the Financial Services Office Sean holds a BS in Business Administration from Babson College and an Masters in Accounting from Olin Graduate School of Business Trevor has advised on more than 35 closed transactions, totaling over $40 billion in deal value Prior to AGC, Trevor worked at Moelis & Company in their Boston of- fice as a Senior Vice President He holds an M.B.A. from Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University Tim is a Partner and the CAO at AGC Partners. Previously, he held leadership positions at several investment firms both big and small As a Managing Director at Citigroup and then at Morgan Stanley, he worked primarily within the equity and fixed income divisions running business units or building new product platforms for over 20 years He served as Head of European Equity Strategy in London, Head of Middle Market Institutional Sales in New York, and Head of EMEA Private Equity/Alternative Investment Sales in Geneva and London Most recently, Tim served as Director of Research and Sales at Long- bow Research, an equity research boutique serving institutions Tim received his BA in English Literature from Trinity College Tristan is a seasoned investment banker with over 12 years of sector- specific expertise, including SaaS, Cloud Computing, Tech-Enabled Business Services and Digital Media Tristan started his banking career at Merrill Lynch where he worked as an Analyst in their Global Corporate and Investment Banking Group Most recently, Tristan was the Co-Head of Intrepid Investment Bank- ers’ Software & Services practice in Los Angeles. Prior to joining In- trepid, Tristan served as Vice President and Co-Head of C.W. Downer & Co.’s Technology, Media, and Interactive Services investment bank- ing practice Tristan holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Finance from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington, where he graduated with Dean’s List honors Trevor is a Principal at AGC Partners
