November, 2016, we lost this blue roan stallion to health complications. Our senior stallion and our beautiful “Blue.” Even heartbroken, we have always felt blessed to have him at our ranch for as long as we did. Certainly, once in a lifetime horse. Lauing Ranch has multiple daughters and granddaughters producing top foals for our program. Have a 2017 blue roan son here at the ranch out of top producing mare: Stretch Hancock Pep. Revue Hancock, a true blue roan, sired 155 AQHA+ 100% roan foals, (also, roan thoroughbreds and paints) in his career including multiple proven rodeo performance horses, halter, dressage. 2002 blue roan daughter, MS MARILYN MONROAN, Earned 160 AQHA points, 24 Halter and 136 Performance, AQHA World Ranch Riding Qualifier, and AQHA Champion. Hancocks Red Roan is a 1997 Bay Roan stallion sired by Red Roan Raider and a grandson of Don Wrede. He carries 25.78% Joe Hancock. He was shown in the 2003 National Quarter Horse Alliance World Show in the Ranch Horse Versatility Class where he finished 4th in the Amateur Division and 5th in the Open Division. Along with great conformation and ample bone, Hancocks Red Roan carries a won- derful disposition and is a pleasure to be around. Pictured at the age of 25. Look for his foals in 2023.
