It is danced to a variety of music including, country/ western, pop, rock and roll, and more. Come learn the basic steps in this beginner class as we explore dances from world wide choreographers. Line dancing is a great way to socialize while helping to improve balance, strengthen heart and lungs, and increase brain power.
