Recruitment Support Services

1. Your career at Student Roost - Marketing your employer brand

You will be able to share (unlimited restrictions) this with applicants, existing staff and any interested parties.

2. Thinking of a career in Accommodation - Marketing to new entrants

• We will design (regularly update) and host a FlippingBook aimed at entry level (both graduates and non-graduates) that explains (and sells) the career options available and why work in accommodation services. You will be able to share (unlimited restrictions) this with your “roosters”, local colleges, apprentice providers etc. to promote your brand and the sector.

3. Property Manager Talent Mapping - Creating supply before demand

• We will create live Talent Pools of Property Managers in line with your portfolio and future targets. This will create a supply chain of candidates ahead of demand, shortening response times.

• We will share news and updates with the talent pools quarterly to keep them engaged.

• We will use these talent pools to execute our fast track campaigns, targeting candidates who have been through a basic selection process and are warm to an approach from Student Roost.

4. Annual Salary and Engagement Survey - Helping you know what to pay and reward

• We will undertake a survey using SurveyMonkey and telephone interviews across the following job titles: • Senior Manager (target 50 candidate response) • Area/Cluster Manager (target 50 candidate responses) • Property Manager (target 100 candidate responses) • Technical Manager (target 25 candidate responses)

5. LinkedIn Student Roost Group - Creating future candidate pools

• We will create a LI group for anyone interested in a future career at Student Roost. We will post vacancies and news updates. Any applications for roles outside our remit will be sent the FlippingBook and then passed directly to you to progress.

5. Recruitment training - Improving the process

• We will deliver four bespoke Recruitment Best Practice (1/2 day) training sessions for Area Managers and Hiring Managers.
