1. Tri ‐ State Team: PA, NJ, DE The Affinity Team serves all three states of PA, NJ, and DE. As a result, agents on the Affinity Team can cultivate and capture business from their Sphere of Influence (SOI) in all three states and receive a referral fee. With that said, the agent’s SOI looks up to them knowing that they’re part of a well-established team serving in all three states. 2. Business Handed to Team Members o Tony and Leen would like to sell no more than 30 houses per year so they can focus on the growth of the team. They have been selling about 45+ houses per year, and it is growing due to continuously improving their marketing to their sphere of influence. As a result, Tony and Leen give a lot of their own SOI business to agents on the team. o The Affinity Team is also growing several lead-generation streams. We have been pouring our resources and time into developing these streams, and we expect numerous solid transactions a year from these systems. All these new clients will be passed to the agents on the team. 3. Contract ‐ To ‐ Close Administrative Support Once under-contract the agent starts CCing the team’s admin on all email communications. The admin then sends a detailed email summary of all of the important dates and next steps to the client and takes over from there. The agent will be CCed on all communications. The admin will handle everything except negotiations. This support alone will lift approximately 40% of the workload off the agent’s back so they can follow up with, and secure, more clients. Contract-To-Close workload will be done with perfection simply because this is one of the few things that admins do, and they’re actually skilled at it better than the agents who needs to be out of the office connecting with new clients. 4. In ‐ team Conveyancing Yes, you can hire a third-party conveyancing company for your clients. But, getting it done on the team takes it to a much higher level of certainty, peace of mind, and 5-star service to your clients. You will never have to guess if something has been done. You will simply be kept in the loop every step of the way. Actually, you are part of that loop to begin with. It is just easier and more natural. This piece of mind will help you focus on other clients and get more business done. 5. Task Reminders As soon as your client (seller or buyer) is under contract, the team’s transactional coordinator starts an action list of reminders for you in our transactional system, Business Tracker. The system sends you reminders of the next steps needed and deadline. This security of knowing that you will never miss out on an important due date gives you the ultimate peace of mind to be able to focus on new clients, it will allow you to sleep better at night!
