complicated transactions, and c) staying focused on the 20% of work that leads to 80% of our results. As a coach, Tony has spent the last 2 years learning from the top real estate coaches in the Delaware Valley, attending numerous high-level workshops taught by the best team leaders in the country, and reading and implementing tens of best-selling real estate books with proven methods in our current team. All in all, Tony is truly dedicated to his craft and passion for guiding others to be the best version of themselves. 24. Weekly Team Meeting The team meets virtually every week, and in-person once a month. The meetings are a reason to get together. Everyone shares the good things that are going on with them, and any struggles that the team can help them with. We briefly then discuss our quarterly goals and other things that may need everyone’s attention. The most important part though is the first one when everyone shares their previous week and through their highs and lows. It is a great time to pause and reflect. 25. Team Value Proposition to Potential Clients Telling the client that “I am your realtor” is one thing. Showing them a picture of the team and telling them how we are a proven well-oiled machine that will help them through their real estate journey while “you” continue to be their REALTOR® of choice, is simply powerful and will help you get more business. Remember, 1+1 = 4. 26. Wisdom in the Team – Win and Retain Business Agents on the team can share endless stories about business they won, and transactions they were able to keep together, only because of the knowledge and wisdom that Tony, and other members of the team, shared with them with a genuine care and interest to help them and their clients. We all sometimes must compete and win a listing where the seller is interviewing multiple agents, and help a client do what is truly best for them when they can’t see it. These tips come from experience and deep knowledge that is only shared among members of the team that lives and acts like a family.

28. Remote Team Operation While the pandemic brought unfortunate times to many, there were for sure a few silver linings. We all learned how to work remotely, felt the power of being mobile, and regained time that was lost on the road. Our team made sure to maximize on these lessons. As a result, the Affinity team is set up remotely to support its agents anywhere they are, and anywhere their business takes them, especially across the tri-states of PA, NJ, and DE.
