Set up a collection for your buyers or sellers and watch them interact with you seamlessly. 34. Compass – Business Tracker Tony is known to love Excel sheets and he would not let go of them easily. But Business Tracker is such a smooth system that helps you track your pipeline, and take care of compliance, to the point Tony is now Excel-free. Yes, the scientist gave in to the powers of Business Tracker. 35. Compass ‐ Nationwide “Behind the Scenes” Compass has its own Facebook. Yes, the actual Facebook as you know it. Compass has the exact thing, but the colors are black and white instead of blue and white. It is the social platform for Compass nationwide, with local groups on it, such as the Philadelphia area one. Compass agents from all over the U.S. interact on their private “Facebook.” 36. Compass ‐ Coming Soon Campaign We all want a good listing. Unfortunately, though, good listings sell in few days giving us no chance to generate leads. The one good thing that MLS has done is that a listing that is “Coming Soon” does not get published on the portals such as Zillow. As a result, we have a slightly better chance winning some leads if we market the listing Coming Soon. The power is when we combine Compass’ tools within a coming soon campaign. As an example, consider setting up a public collection of coming soon(s)! 37. Compass ‐ Private Exclusive Over the last year our team has won numerous listings in competitive situations, thanks to Compass Private Exclusive. Compass has built systems and culture that supports exclusive listings. Clients love it too. We get to test the price, get feedback, and do some 1-on-1 marketing all before the listing hits the MLS. It is a huge added value that our clients appreciate. 38. Compass ‐ Respected and Uniform Brand The Compass brand is so powerful. Show people that tilted line, and they go nuts. They just love it. Simple colors (black and white) and brilliant minds of 400 staff members in NYC creating a brand that people are getting hooked on and see as a modern high-end brand.
