We ’ re so excited to be your 2025 Primary House Captains and we can ’ t wait to bring some new opportunities to The Lakes!

HOUSE ATHLETICS CARNIVAL What an incredible day at the Meadow Glen Athletics Track in South Morang for our whole school Athletics Day! Our Primary students caught the bus to the track, buzzing with excitement and ready to try their best. From Prep to Year 3, the younger students had a blast participating in fun events like sack races and novelty relays, laughing and encouraging each other every step of the way. Meanwhile, the Year 4 to 6 students took on the challenge of the track running events and showcased their skills in the field events like long jump, triple jump, high jump, shot put, and discus. All the students were filled with energy as we proudly cheered on our teammates, waving our house colours and chanting our house cheers loud and clear. We even took breaks to refuel at the canteen, enjoying some well - deserved snacks and drinks to keep us going. Everyone cheered on their fellow students with enthusiasm, no matter the outcome. We loved seeing everyone dress up in their awesome house colours with different costumes and outfits. We also loved seeing the teachers dress up as well! It was a day of fun, sportsmanship, and a lot of laughs.

It was a fantastic display of teamwork and school spirit, and we can ’ t wait for the next Athletics Day!
