Cylon robot circa 1970s (bottom left) repurposed from the TV series costumes, and then further embellished for use on the Universal Studios’ attraction based on Battlestar Galactica. This “splitter” robot is famous for engaging in a gun battle as part of the popular tram tour, and for its chest splitting open dozens of times a day (see red arrows below); a Captain Troy (Kent McCord) creme uniform ensemble, holster & blaster gun (all bottom right); a hero Cylon pistol with light-up acrylic tip used in the season 1 final episode (not pictured); and 12 currency Cubits (top right) from Battlestar Galactica and Galactica 80 . Cylon acquired from Universal Attractions, and the Cubits from Fuller French Archives.
