WGI WESTMAN GROUP CONSTRUCTION OF “ARMTEC SUPER CENTRE” IN TILLSONBURG WELL UNDERWAY The Town of Tillsonburg is pleased to announce that Armtec - the largest water management and drainage solutions company in Canada – has commenced development on their 65 acre site in Tillsonburg. The development includes approximately 115,000 square feet across two main manufacturing facilities, which will produce high density polyethylene and steel fabrication. peopleCare Communities Ontario’s Ministry of Long-Term Care awarded peopleCare 160 new long-term

care bed licenses for a new home in Tillsonburg. Planning will begin in 2023 on a campus that is expected to include long-term care, along with future retirement and other senior living options and related uses.

Starbucks® Tillsonburg welcomed its first Starbucks - the international chain of coffee and beverage shops - in the south end of the downtown core. This is also the first Starbucks location south of Highway 401! Popeyes® multinational chain of fried chicken and fast food restaurants opened its first Tillsonburg location in the Town Centre mall. Tillsonburg is one of forty-two Popeyes locations in Canada.
