Was Paul’s magnanimity characteristic? Rom. 10:1-9; Acts 7:58-60., Who was bound, Paul or his heaters? Rom. 8 :2». Had they appealed unto Jesus, might all have been set at liberty? Rom. 10:13. What if Paul had been set at liberty? 23:12. PRACTICAL PO INTS (1) Use your opportunity for Gospel im­ portunity, your occasion for persua­ sion. (2) Tell your experience; it is experience that Jells. (3) There is a “much learning” that makes higher critics mad.

(4) Less stress on scholarship and more on ' discipleship wquld produce more persuasive preachers. (5) First, test the verity o f the preacher’s word, then the sanity o f the preacher. ( 6 ) The facts o f Scripture are acts o f history. (7) The vision o f the risen Lord, the voice o f His Word, and'the life of victory constitute a full life. ( 8 ) The center o f the Gospel is Christ crucified, Christ risen, Christ coming, and Christ reigning. • (9) There is no madness comparable;to the madness o f neglecting and rejecting the Gospel. O
