KG has worked closely with CBRE, VSI’s broker, for the headquarters relocation. The latest assignment is KG’s fifth for VSI, a specialty

retailer and contract manu- facturer of vitamins, supple- ments, sports nutrition, and other health and wellness products. Earlier this year, in its role as one of VSI’s partners, the design, plan- ning and development firm provided FFE and planning services for VSI’s distribution center in Phoenix, Arizona. “Our mission is to be a ‘one-stop shop’ for our cli- ents’ workspace needs,” said George Kimmerle, AIA , KG’s founder and president. “With our comprehensive suite of interrelated special- ties, we have provided Vita- min Shoppe with targeted and relevant professional services while remaining focused on their larger, long- term strategic objectives and goals.” The award-winning Kim- merle Group is comprised of six divisions, each with complementary specialties, including Kimmerle Newman Architects, Urban Studio, Real Estate Services, Work- space, Project Management and Branding. KG has announced the pro- motion of two senior associ- ate/senior project managers to principals. William Kim- merle, AIA and X. “ Cindy” Cui, AIA bring demonstrated leadership and extensive ex- perience across a broad range of projects to their new roles. “These well-earned ap- pointments recognize Wil- liam and Cindy’s vital con- tribution to helping shape our firm’s continued growth and success,” said George Kimmerle. “Both individuals have a strong commitment to our clients, our profession and to upholding the stan- dards of excellence for which Kimmerle Group is known throughout our industry.
