The building is formerly the home of Stella Blu Restau- rant. Feinberg, Esq. of Feinberg Real Estate Advisors, LLC (FREA) represented the sell- er, 3801 Paxton Equities, LLC on its $8.425 million sale of the property located at 3801 Paxton St., a 62,000 s/f office building located in Swatara Township, Dauphin County. FREA was the sole real estate broker involved in the transac- tion. The buyer, Rosser LLC is an Arlington, Virginia based investor. The property, with a ten- year single tenant NNN lease, had interest from investors world-wide. The unique posi- tion of the single tenant NNN investment with a tenant of the caliber of Computer Aid, Inc. was a significant benefit to the buyer, Rosser LLC. The property closed within three months of initiating the mar- keting of the property. FREA demonstrated its unique ability to assist cli- ents from contact to closing by providing brokerage ser- vice to market the property to qualified investors.
