livered a 15-year loan at an extremely competitive rate at 3.75% with a flexible prepay option. What impact has social media / networking had on your career? I’m a big fan of LinkedIn and networking in general. I try to attend every show, conference, and party possible to schmooze with as many people as I can. What unique qualities and / or personality traits do you feel make you most successful in your profes- sion? I grew my business on the

foundations of integrity and transparency. I am not in this business just to provide term sheets and loans, but rather to build long-lasting relation- ships and deliver structured and custom-made financing to my clients. Also Bar- ry Lefkowitz, who hired me 3.5 years ago and taught me the business from the ground up. If you could dine with anyone in the world dead or alive who would you choose? My wife’s grandfather, Mr. M. Leo Storch, who passed away in 1970. He was a bril- liant attorney and a very suc- cessful developer n
