An aggressive redevelopment project that has set the high water mark for class A Office rents through the reposition- ing of three class B assets. How do you contribute to your company and / or the industry? I assist landlords in increas- ing the value of their assets through leasing and strategic rent growth strategies and
assist Commercial Tenant’s in aligning their Real Estate needs with the company goals. Who or what has been the strongest influence in your career? My clients. Whether I’m working together with my landlord clients to come up with creative solutions to solve Tenant’s needs or with my Tenant client’s working together to create a workplace that not just houses but ad- vances their company, I learn from my clients every day.
