hat is your great- est professional accomplishment? My greatest professional accomplishment thus far is the meaningful relationships I’ve built with such a strong network of clients. Having fostered these relationships for so long, I was better able to help my clients as we all navigated the onset of the COVID pandemic. With lim- ited clarity, day in and day out, having such a strong network made it easier to not only survive, but to thrive in the face of adversity. My W

clients have come to rely on me as a resource and view the services that we provide at Meridian as integral parts
of their businesses. What is your most notable project, deal or transaction? Over the last 12 months, I
have closed roughly $2.5 bil- lion in transaction volume
for a wide variety of property types in locations across the country. While each of these transactions are noteworthy, a recent deal that stands out was negotiating a $170 million loan on a nearly vacant mul- tifamily property in Brooklyn to take out a construction loan at the height of COVID, and within a year, refinancing it with a $223 million loan. Also of note over the past year, I arranged a $130 million loan in Jersey City, NJ, an $87 million loan for a portfolio in Orlando, FL, and an $80 million acquisition loan for a property in Connecticut. What challenges and or obstacles do you feel you needed to overcome to be- come as successful as you are today? Over the last 18 months, we have redefined the meaning of challenges and obstacles. With that said, an in-person business immediately and without notice transitioned into a fully remote model, which was certainly an ob- stacle to overcome. What has contributed to my success is the ability to pivot, being dynamic, and remaining fluid and flexible in the wake of such a transformative time in the industry. Who or what has been the strongest influence in your career? The people I work with every day. Being in a com- petitive environment yet also being able to collaborate with one another, gain market insight, and work together on deals has been absolutely vital to my growth in this industry. Additionally, the charitable nature and cul- ture that exists at Meridian is something I’m proud to be a part of and has been one of the strongest influences for me in learning the importance of giving back.
