FILE SUBMISSION SPECS
Email final ad to swvs@agencycreative.com and receive submission confirmation. Please email with questions. If you wish to place the same ad in both the Registration Guide and On-Site Guide, please let us know upon submission. Please send along contact info for whomever produced the ad for you, if done by a 3rd party.
When submitting an ad, make sure you set up your file to the following specifications: • All images placed in your ad are high resolution (300dpi at size) CMYK images. • Save your ad as a Press Quality PDF or PDFX1A with crop and bleed marks. (We can also accept a high- resolution, 300 dpi, CMYK, JPG image, but a PDF is preferred.)

Exclusive E-Blast ads will be sent to past and prospective SWVS attendees. When submitting your ad, please provide us with the SUBJECT LINE you would like to appear with your E-Blast and the web address your email should link to. E-Blasts must not exceed 850 pixels in width and 1250 pixels in height. The date we send out your E-Blast will be determined based on level of sponsorship. You will be notified of the date in advance.

SWVS will post about your brand on our Facebook and Twitter pages during the month leading up to the symposium. Sponsored posts will be given a specific date on which to go out. Those dates will be assigned based on sponsorship level with the highest levels being posted closest to the event. FACEBOOK

NEW PRODUCT SHOWCASE As part of your sponsorship package, you will receive a shelf in our New Product Showcase. The shelf is approximately 18” deep x 37” long X 20” high. It will be located near SWVS Central in the Exhibit Hall. You will need to print and put all your items in the case onsite Thursday, September 26, 2019. It is not a locked cabinet, but we do have security in the hall 24 hours a day.

LOGO PLACEMENT PACKAGE If you have signed up to have your logo shown in the Mobile App, Interactive Searchable Schedule, On-Site Guide Alpha Listing, On-Site Guide Company Profile, or Registration Guide Logo, we will need your logo submitted as a CMYK, EPS file. SCAVENGER HUNT SPONSOR If you signed up to sponsor our scavenger hunt, we need two things from you: • Submit your company logo as a CMYK, EPS file. (If you do not have access to an EPS file, please submit a high resolution, 300 dpi JPG image.) • Submit a question and answer to tina@swvs.org by August 30, 2019 . This will be used for scavenger players to find your booth at the conference. If you select a mutiple choice question, remember to include the correct and incorrect selections.
