LOGO PLACEMENT PACKAGE If you have signed up to have your logo shown in the Mobile App, Interactive Searchable Schedule, On-Site Guide Alpha Listing, On-Site Guide Company Profile, or Registration Guide Logo, we will need your logo submitted as a CMYK, EPS file. (If you do not have access to an EPS file, please submit a high-resolution, 300 dpi JPG image.) CONFERENCE BAG INSERT If you have signed up to place a Bag Insert in the SWVS 2019 Conference Bag, please ship 3,200 items (brochures, flyers, etc.) to: Brite Fulfillment C/O SWVS 10756 N. Stemmons Frwy. Dallas, TX. 75220 PLEASE NOTE: Items must arrive before August 30, 2019!

SCAVENGER HUNT SPONSOR If you signed up to sponsor our scavenger hunt, we need two things from you: • Submit your company logo as a CMYK, EPS file. (If you do not have access to an EPS file, please submit a high resolution, 300 dpi JPG image.) • Submit a question and answer to tina@swvs.org by August 30, 2019 . This will be used for scavenger players to find your booth at the conference. If you select a mutiple choice question, remember to include the correct and incorrect selections.

HOTEL ROOM KEY CARDS If you have signed up to have your logo imprinted on the Hotel Room Key Cards, please contact swvs@agencycreative.com to request a Key Card template and artwork specifications.
