The new industry relationships with NWPS as our third-party administrator and Charles Schwab as our custodian help us bring cost-effective products and services while offering sophisticated and institutional offerings to our members’ retirement benefits that may not be available to them via other industry competitors.

In 2022, we learned exactly how critically important the annual Compensation and Benefits survey is to members when making financial decisions relating to pay and benefits for their most important resource - their people. The compensation survey is slated for improvements in 2023 following Western Growers’ decision to move the project management to Industry Insights, a data analysis company.
