Mentoring evidence We conduct regular audits of our program against the Australian Youth Mentoring Network Benchmarks, and meet or exceed all of them. In 2023, our Program Director, Kathleen Vella – the original author of the Australian Youth Mentoring Benchmarks – is reviewing the Benchmarks in line with international best practice to celebrate 10 years since their adoption in Australia and compare them with those recently updated in the US.
