- How can I optimise my online presence to increase sales in my Pub Bistro? Within 30 seconds ChatGPT replied with these ideas: 1. Create or Enhance Your Website • Ensure your website is mobile-friendly, as most customers will access it via their phones. • Include essential details like your menu, operating hours, contact information, location, and reservation options. • Add high-quality photos of your dishes, drinks, and the pub’s atmosphere to entice potential visitors. • Enable online ordering for takeaways or table bookings directly from the site. 2. Leverage Social Media Platforms • Facebook and Instagram: Post regularly to showcase daily specials, events, and customer reviews. Use Stories and Reels to highlight your food preparation process, happy customers, or behind-the-scenes staff activities. • TikTok: Create short, engaging videos featuring your signature dishes, unique cocktails, or fun events like trivia nights. Set up and optimise your Google Business profile to ensure your pub appears in local search results. • 3. Utilise Google My Business • Encourage satisfied customers to leave reviews on Google, as positive ratings boost visibility. • Keep the profile updated with your hours, photos, and any special offers or events. 4. Implement Paid Ads • Run Google Ads with keywords like “best pub near me” or “family-friendly bistro.” 5. Partner with Food Bloggers and Influencers • Invite local food bloggers or influencers to dine at your pub in exchange for an honest review or social media posts. • Offer them a unique experience, such as a chef’s tasting menu, to ensure a memorable visit. 6. Monitor and Respond to Reviews • Respond to all customer reviews on platforms like Google, Yelp, or TripAdvisor, both positive and negative. • Address negative feedback promptly and professionally to show you care about customer satisfaction
