When it’s mealtime, kids get their own menus, with faves like mac and cheese, chicken nuggets, and more. Besides the complimentary Camp Carnival ® activities that are available every day, Camp Carnival also has Night Owls. It’s the late-night way for kids aged eleven and younger to have a blast! It runs from 10 PM to 1AM and includes video games, movies, board games, snacks, and drinks. It costs $6.75 per hour per child (pricing subject to change), and Camp Carnival makes it easy by charging it to your Sail & Sign® card. Camp Carnival has different Night Owls parties your kids can partake in, all geared toward their age group to make sure they’re having the time of their lives. Owl Jams from 10 PM to 1AM is where kids from 2–11 can get their arts and crafts on, beat their high score on a video game, or just dance to some good ol’-fashioned tunes for $15 per child. Camp Carnival also offers Owl Jam Parties. These parties are offered on select nights and cost $15 per child. Owl Jam ‘Mardi Gras Parties’ are for children from 2 to 11. Owl Jams ‘Beach Bash’ is for children from 6 to 11 years old. All Night Owls activities take place in Camp Carnival . There are no in-stateroom services available. Daytime services are available for infants two and under on port days for the same price. Contact the Camp Carnival Staff on board for the specific times of these services, as they vary by port. Camp Carnival is unable to accept children under the age of two during activity times. There are no exceptions to this policy. Carnival Cruise Lines do not offer in-stateroom babysitting services. The Camp Carnival program is currently on the following ships: Carnival Paradise and Carnival Sunshine. Carnival’s other ships feature the Camp Ocean Program. Camp Ocean This marine-themed children’s program for kids aged 2–11 will immerse children in the wonders of the sea through fun, engaging, and educational experiences. This program is divided into three age-related categories. Children aged 2–5 will be dubbed “Penguins,” children aged 6–8 “Sting Rays,” and children aged 9–11 “Sharks.” Distinctive areas and activities have been designed for each age group, fromminiature play igloos for the Penguins to interactive gaming stations for the Sharks. The Camp Ocean program will also have a badge challenge that will allow children the opportunity to earn and collect badges. Badge challenges will include a variety of unique activities that provide an original way for kids to learn about the vessel, experience onboard adventures, and gain a sense of accomplishment. Tasks may include trying a new food, making an aquatic towel animal, or riding the water slide. The Camp Ocean program is currently on the following ships: Carnival Breeze, Carnival Conquest, Carnival Dream, Carnival Ecstasy, Carnival Elation, Carnival Fantasy, Carnival Fascination, Carnival Freedom, Carnival Glory, Carnival Horizon, Carnival Imagination, Carnival Inspiration, Carnival Legend, Carnival Liberty, Carnival Magic, Carnival Miracle, Carnival Pride, Carnival Sensation, Carnival Spirit, Carnival Splendor, Carnival Triumph, Carnival Valor, Carnival Victory and Carnival Vista. Seuss at Sea Carnival Cruise Lines has partnered with Dr. Seuss Enterprises to offer Seuss at Sea, a fleet-wide program featuring exciting youth, family, dining, and entertainment experiences inspired by the amazing world and words of Dr. Seuss. The program is currently fleet wide and includes Seuss-a-palooza Story Time, an interactive reading event for kids of all ages hosted in a vibrant tent on the stage of the main show lounge. Tweens and Teens (12–17 years) Circle “C” is where young teens aged 12–14 go to hang out, meet new friends, and enjoy some pretty awesome activities like dance parties, games, outdoor movies, and more—both in the special Circle “C” area and around the ship. It’s all supervised by friendly and fun-loving counselors who want your young teens to have the best vacation ever. At Club O2, teens can hang out and do stuff like watch movies, listen to music from this decade, play sports and video games, join karaoke jam sessions, and maybe even have a pool party or two, all with other high schoolers between the ages of fifteen and seventeen. There are even teen-only shore excursions.
