This Thermocouple Furnace, 9150, heats to 1200°C for calibrating industrial thermocouples. The portable furnace features stability of ±0.5°C and full range accuracy of ±5°C. With interchangeable multi-hole temperature blocks, any thermocouple from 1⁄16 inch to 1⁄2 inch can be inserted for quick temperature verification. Weighing less than 30 lbs., the 9150 can be carried on-site to check thermocouples around your plant to 1200°C. Simply plug the furnace into a standard 110 or 220 VAC outlet, set the desired calibration temperature, and it is ready to certify your sensors and switches. The 9150 is the most affordable furnace on the market. Now instead of replacing more expensive noble metal thermocouples, you can afford to check thermocouples in-house and extend their life.
