Fluke Calibration Metrology Calibration Baths
Laboratory baths with metrology level performance.
• Precision Baths in Four Ranges • Highly Stable
• Very Accurate
Fluke Calibration has four metrology grade baths for your lab. These calibration baths maintain a temperature stability as good as ±0.005°C, and cover the range from –80°C to 300°C. Side by side, they take up less room than typical utility baths and can be easily moved around the lab or factory floor. Higher Temperature Applications The small benchtop metrology bath 6330, has a range from 35°C to 300°C. Use this bath on a calibration bench or roll this bath around the lab or factory floor using its optional floor cart. With stability to ±0.005°C, this unit provides the capabilities that allow it to be called a metrology bath. Calibrate at 0° and 100°C Doing calibration work below ambient calls for the 7340 metrology bath. The 7340 provides –40° to 150°C and maintains a stability of ±0.005°C. There is also an optional cart for this models which allows it to be used on a bench or taken out to the factory floor for calibrating temperature devices. The cart includes a hinged front door and storage shelf for storing fluids, probes, and other calibration tools. You can calibrate your sensors at the two most popular industrial calibration points, (0°C and 100°C), at the highest performance level in a bath this size. Cryogenic Applications You won’t find a colder bath in a more compact package. The –80°C metrology bath 7380 reaches –80°C in less than 130 minutes and maintains a stability of ±0.006°C. It’s the first –80°C bath to deliver true metrology level performance. With sturdy built-in casters and a small footprint (only one foot by two feet), it fits anywhere in your lab. Its dual 1/4-HP compressors are so quiet that you may not realize the bath is running. Each bath ships from the factory individually tested showing actual stability and set-point accuracy. Each Unit Includes: An RS-232 interface for automating your calibration work through a PC. IEEE-488 interface is available as an option for all models except the 24512T. Each bath is backed by Fluke Calibration's reputation as the leader in temperature baths. Their size and performance make these top performers a must for your facility. Affordable fixed-point calibrations made easy. • Pre-Programmed Controller Makes Realizing the Fixed Point Easy • Half the Cost (or Less) of Traditional Fixed-Point Systems
The triple point of water (TPW) (0.01°C) is one of the most important temperatures on the ITS-90. Unfortunately, realizing and maintaining triple point of water cells hasn’t always been convenient or cost-effective. (Because ITS-90 calibrations require frequent measurements at the (TPW), and because the (TPW) is often used as a statistical check against the drift of a temperature standard.) Fluke Calibration’s 9210, TPW Maintenance Apparatus, provides built-in programming for the simple supercool-and-shake realization and maintenance of our Model 5901B Mini TPW Cell. Simply insert the cell, enter the “freeze” mode through the front-panel buttons, have your morning cup of coffee, and when the 9210 audibly alerts you, remove the Mini TPW Cell and give it a shake to initiate freezing a portion of the water. Re-insert the cell, change the program mode to “maintain,” and you’ve got 0.01°C for the rest of the day with uncertainty of only ±0.0005°C. Precision-machined thermal blocks can also be used to take advantage of the excellent stability and uniformity of the 9210 for performing comparison calibrations. Multi-hole and custom blocks are available with 7-inch depths.
