I’m excited to step into the role of Head of Lower School and continue building on the strong foundation at Saint Thomas’ Episcopal School. One of our most exciting initiatives for the 2026–2027 school year is the introduction of Veritas Press History in Grades 3–5, helping students explore the people, events, and ideas that have shaped our world while recognizing God’s hand throughout history. This curriculum will strengthen connections between history, literature, writing, and geography. As we look ahead, I am eager to partner with our teachers and families to cultivate both academic excellence and strong character in every student.

When it came time for my wife and me to choose a school for our sons, we chose STE because I had experienced firsthand the lasting value of a Christian classical education as an alumnus. From the beginning, STE felt like more than a school—it felt like family, and that sense of community has remained an important part of our lives. Recently, I joined the school board to help ensure STE continues its mission of preparing honorable young men and women to serve the world with wisdom, character, and talent.

We have just completed our eighth year as part of the STE family. Since my son entered Preschool, I have been actively involved as a parent volunteer, including co-leading the Moms in Prayer group, serving on the Book Fair and Fall Fair Committees, and acting as an STF class representative. Throughout our time at STE, we have been grateful for the opportunities to serve the school community. We especially love the unique Scottish Arts program and the STE mission, both of which have had a lasting impact on our family.
