Fitness

Fitness Center hours are 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week. Women’s steam room and men’s sauna are operational from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Building Access Members wishing to access the building before 7:00 AM on weekdays and 8:30 AM on weekends, or after 8:00 PM on weekdays and 5:30 PM on weekends, will need a personal identification number to enter. The application for a PIN can be found on the club’s website under “Club Documents & Forms” or by clicking here .

Before You Enter the Fitness Center... 1. REGISTER any guests at the Admin Office. It is a violation of club rules to bring unregistered guests into the Fitness Center. 2. Be at least 16 YEARS OF AGE and have completed an orientation. 3. SILENCE your cell phone. PLEASE REMIND YOUR JUNIOR MEMBERS OF THESE POLICIES! If they show up with unregistered friends, they will be asked to leave! Barre Express Beginning in May, Barre Express will be on Saturdays at 9:00 AM. Barre Express is a 45-minute class that combines barre with yoga and Pilates to sculpt lean, beautiful muscles. Arnie will instruct. For the first day of class only (May 7), you will be able to drop-in at the subscriber rate of $10 (as opposed to the normal drop-in rate of $20).

Give Mom The Gift of Relaxation & Beauty

This Mothers’ Day, show Mom how much you care with a gift certificate for massage, a facial, or a chemical peel! Choose a 1 hour facial for $90, a chemical peel for $70, or massage for ½ half an hour ($50), 1 hour ($84), or 1.5 hours ($116). You may also combine a massage with a facial or chemical peel for a discounted rate. (Please note that massage and facial or peel combinations must be redeemed together as one session.) Barre** Sculpt muscles, burn fat, build core strength. This class combines elements of Pilates and ballet. Wed./Fri. at 10:30 AM. Barre Express** Lengthen muscles into their most beautiful form by fusing ballet barre, strength training and Pilates. Sat. at 9:00 AM. Early Bird Cardio/Strength** By subscription only! This intense workout builds endurance, strength, and flexibility. Mon./Fri. at 6:00 AM. Fitness Fusion* Combination of aerobics, full-body toning, & Pilates, all in 1 class! Tues./Thurs. 8:30 AM. Fitness Yoga** Designed specifically for golfers and tennis players, this class will incorporate slow paced yoga poses emphasizing static positions and extensions of the shoulders and hips to help open up tight joints. Fri. at 5:30 PM. Gentle Yoga** This easy slow-paced flow of Hatha Yoga focuses on alignment, breathing, standing balances with minimal Sun Salutations. Please bring your own blanket & yoga mat if pos- sible.Tues./Thurs. at 9:45 AM.

Pilates** Enjoy an age-defying full body workout. Gain core strength, flexibility, better balance and posture! Mon./ Wed./Fri. at 8:30 AM. **We need new subscribers to keep this class on our schedule! Mon./Wed. at 5:00 PM (beginner/ intermediate), Mon./Wed. at 6:00 PM (intermediate/advanced) Seniorcize* To help you stay active and healthy, this class focuses on balance, flexibility, and strengthening. Mon. at 4:00 PM and Thurs. at 11:00 AM. (45 min.) Toning + Abs* A full-body workout with weights, with emphasis on core conditioning. Tues./Thurs. at 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM; Sat. at 10:00 AM. Vinyasa Flow** Focus on alignment, seated twists, backbends and arm balances. All fitness levels welcome. Bring yoga mat if you have one. Sun. at 10:00 AM. *Standard Class Rates: $13/drop-in, or $7/class effective rate for subscription. **Specialty Class Rates: $20/drop-in, or $10/class effective rate for subscription.
