Riverbend West Distribution Center Fort Worth, Texas EMJ constructed the 301,500 square foot warehouse and distribution facility on a 17-acre site. The concrete and tilt-wall structure features a 32-foot clearance with expansive depths to accommodate large vehicles, as well as an Early Suppression Fast Response (ESFR) sprinkler system.
