lected to participate in the Accelerated Site Assessment Program (ASAP) in coopera- tion with Ameren, the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity, and Decatur EDA. The ASAP Program is a statewide initiative designed to help companies move more quickly from site selection to development by advancing the readiness of large-scale industrial proper-ties. Par- ticipation in the pilot program places 2500 North Commerce Park among a select group of sites positioned for accelerated permitting, infrastructure coordination, and reduced pre- development timelines—key advantages for data center, advanced manufacturing, and logistics users. The 138-acre campus is fully approved and earmarked to support up to 274 megawatts and over 800,000 s/f of space devoted exclusively for data center development, offering a rare, power-ready opportunity for energy-intensive opera- tions seeking scalability and speed to market. The site sup- ports flexible build-to-suit con - figurations for data centers, warehouse, and distribution facilities, with ample land for phased expansion. “We are extremely excited and proud to see our property recognized as a priority devel- opment site for Illinois,” said Jaime Weiss , president of Weiss Realty. “Our goal is to make it easier for companies to move quickly and confidently. The ASAP Program strength- ens the site’s readiness and enhances its appeal to users seeking power, scale, and long- term growth potential.” Weiss Realty acquired the Decatur property in 2003 and has long operated it as a large- scale industrial asset. The site previously supported major in- dustrial and warehousing op- erations, including a long-term facility occupied by Caterpillar for more than 15 years, before
