On January 14, we heard from New Castle County Executive Marcus Henry, who has been reaching out to the business com- munity to sharing what the County and his experienced team is doing from an eco- nomic development standpoint to grow the economy, how they are working on zoning matters to make it easier tand more timely
to go through the redevelopment process for predetermined locations that are ripe for development. He also addressed the reassessment of commercial (non-residential) properties and how they are staffing up to help speed the appeals process as we move into a new year and new appeals.
