MANTUA/SEWELL, NJ — The Goldstein Group announced two deals at Tim- berline Plaza Shopping Cen- ter located at 660 Woodbury Glassboro Rd., Mantua/Sewell, New Jersey according to Neil Goldstein , principal of The Goldstein Group. Cloud 10 Car Wash recently opened in a deal which was bro- kered by Mark Handwerker , executive VP and John Os- trowski , VP, of The Goldstein Group who represented the landlord, Timberline Plaza, LLC. Steve DePetris of Leg- end Properties represented the tenant. Wolf Fitness leased 20,000 s/f in a deal handled by Handwerker who represented the landlord. Blaine Fore- man of Metro Commercial represented the tenant. “The addition of these two us- ers will create great synergy to the existing tenants at the cen- ter and surrounding communi- ty,” said Handwerker. “Timber- line Plaza has a strong tenant mix that caters to the active and family-focused lifestyle of the Mantua and Gloucester County communities. “
