JLL Capital Markets team brokers sale of 1,000,000 s/f warehouse/distribution center Endurance and Cabot announce the sale of Scranton North Logistics Center

ADNOR, PA — An affiliate of Endurance Real Estate Group, LLC (Endurance) and Bos- ton-based Cabot Properties (Cabot), an investor, devel- oper, and operator of logistics properties throughout the United States, Europe, and Asia Pacific, are pleased to announce the disposition of the Scranton North Logistics Center, a 1,000,000 s/f ware- house/distribution center located at 1300 Corporate Way in Olyphant, (property). The property is fully occupied under a long-term lease to a Fortune 2 company. The JLL Capital Markets team of John Plower, Ryan Cot- tone and Zach Maguire brokered the sale to an un- disclosed institutional buyer. Michael McCarthy, man- aging director and co-CIO of Value-Add Programs at Cabot Properties, added: “Our team, in partnership with Endurance, was able to deliver this asset on a specu- lative basis under budget and execute full lease-up of the property, which speaks to our local market relationships R Ensemble/Mosaic announces Happy Bear Coffee Co. joins Navy Yard PHILADELPHIA, PA — Ensemble/Mosaic announced that Happy Bear Coffee Com- pany has signed a lease to open its flagship café and wine bar at the Philadelphia Navy Yard. Happy Bear will lease 3,036 s/f on the ground floor of the multi-tenant lab building at 1201 Normandy Place, located between Central Green Park and Chapel Plaza. The concept will feature specialty coffee and a curated wine bar, paired with a refined grab-and-go menu created in partnership with Carlino’s Specialty Foods. Construction is set to begin later this year, with an opening planned for early 2026. The café marks Happy Bear’s first brick-and-mortar loca- tion, expanding upon the suc- cess of its two-year-old online specialty coffee store, helmed by co-founders Dan Kreden- sor and Frank Orman.
