LLENTOWN, PA — NAI Summit an- nounced the comple- tion of a lease transaction at 4741 Chapmans Rd., Allen- town, bringing the 102,250 s/f class A warehouse property to full occupancy. Constructed in 2022, the building offers premium fa- cilities and amenities for the transportation and warehous- ing tenants. A 10-year, $689,072 loan through the Ma- chinery and Equipment Loan Fund was also approved at a 4.75% fixed interest rate to purchase equipment to estab- lish a dedicated assembly line for the company’s residential condensing boiler business. Both PIDA loans were part of the Commonwealth’s funding proposal to U.S. Boiler for this expansion project that was announced last year. The total project cost is $5,378,145. Snyder County Penn Dairy LLC, through SEDA-Council of Govern- ments , was approved for a 15-year, $2 million loan at a 4.25% reset interest rate to add a 44,681 s/f warehouse and loading dock to its exist- ing facility at 7199 County Line Rd. in Winfield to in- crease production capacity.
