The 54-story, 1.3 million s/f building boasts an impres- sive roster of leading compa- nies including KPMG, Saul Ewing, Brandywine Global, Capital One, Fidelity, UBS, Boston Consulting Group and Ballard Spahr. 1735 Market St. recently underwent renovations led by Silverstein Properties and the Arden Group, which involved redesigning the building’s lobby, front entrance, amenity spaces, common areas and concourse. The new ameni- ties floor features conference facilities, billiards, longboard, a bar, and a wine locker. The building’s entire 7th fl. is also home to a mural installation by ten local Philadelphia art- ists that celebrates the city’s unique history, culture and diversity through artwork. The building achieved LEED Gold certification in 2024.
