group brings a new vision and energy to Baysek Solutions in 2026. “As always, Baysek welcomes challenging die cutting that traditional rotary and flatbed die cutters fail to achieve. Baysek’s nick-free vacuum assist method can convert dif- ficult die cutting with ease, eliminating the need for hand stripping or additional ancillary stripping equipment. Mate- rial waste is pneumatically stripped and directed to ecof- riendly recycling. Short setup and changeover times with no make-ready and flexibility to convert a wide array of various substrates is additionally beneficial. “Our newer C-190 model has replaced the flagship model C-170 die cutter as Baysek’s most popular die cut- ter for medium and large runs. Baysek has over 200 cur- rent model C-170 machines producing in the field globally however, Baysek’s newer C-190 model machine has pro- duced quality results. The wider die format, model C-190 die cutter fills an often-requested need for a larger sheet size while providing the same Nick-Free, Multiple-Out, One Operator process. Dies within format size are trans- ferable between all machine models, and trades are ac- cepted when transitioning from an older model machine to a C-170 or C-190. “New ownership has an immediate impact at Baysek, as it pushes the company to grow and evolve by intro- ducing a new entry-level machine. Nicknamed the “Baby Baysek”, the Baysek HF101 is a smaller model with a more attractive price point. Perfect for small and medium sized sheet plants, the HF101 gives us the opportunity to reach a new part of the market we may not have been active in pri- or. The Baysek HF101 is a hand fed, reciprocating flat bed die cutter with a maximum sheet size of 50 x 50”. Follow- ing the tried and tested Baysek principle, it needs only two operators, is nick free, dust free, and extremely safe com- pared to existing hand feed die cutting solutions making it the ideal replacement for “clamshell” and other manual labor-intensive machines. It can handle multiple materials as well as cut multiple parts on the same die. It has been designed to incorporate the same dies on a future C170 or C190 purchase, making it the perfect first step in your Baysek machine purchasing process. “As the interest in a Baysek machine continues to ex- pand its reach, so does our company. We have been able to quickly enhance Baysek’s position globally by working with a newly expanded network of distributors and agents,” confirms Jensen. We have also bought on Ben Liskey and his 25 years of corrugated machinery experience to head up the sales team as VP Sales.” Visit: www.baysek.com . Call: (715) 824-5300. Email: sales@baysek.com.
