expansion of our iBox Build™ procedure twinning solution. This system was designed to help corrugated plants cap- ture, standardize, and replicate their most effective ma- chine center procedures. By creating a digital “twin” of the ideal setup and run sequence, operators gain a consistent, repeatable process that reduces variability and improves throughput. “The iBox Build™ solution is especially valuable for plants facing workforce turnover or skill gap challenges. New operators can follow guided, step by step procedures that mirror the actions of the plant’s most experienced per- sonnel. This reduces training time, minimizes errors, and ensures that best practices are preserved and applied across shifts. In 2025, we enhanced the system with im- proved data capture, faster configuration tools, and more intuitive operator prompts, making it easier than ever for plants to deploy and maintain standardized procedures. “Voice Agent has continued to gain traction as plants look for ways to make machine data more accessible and actionable. Instead of relying solely on dashboards or visual indicators, Voice Agent gives each machine cen- ter a distinct voice personality capable of delivering real time spoken alerts. Whether it’s a performance deviation, a safety related condition, or a maintenance triggering event, operators hear the information immediately-no need to be standing at the HMI or watching a screen. “This year, Voice Agent expanded its library of alert types and added new customization options, allowing plants to tailor voice tones, urgency levels, and notification rules to their specific operational environment. This gives you faster response times, fewer missed alarms, and im- proved situational awareness across the production floor. “2025 also marked the release of POWtalk™ V2, fea- turing a completely redesigned dashboard built for clarity, speed, and operational depth. The new interface provides a more intuitive layout, improved visual hierarchy, and fast- er access to critical machine center insights. Plants now benefit from a more modern, responsive design that sup- ports both large screen displays and mobile viewing. “Version 2 also introduced several new monitoring modes, including Sheet Counting Mode, Warp Detection CONTINUED ON PAGE 40
