WINCHLINE ROPE

STEALTH® UHMWPE 12 STRAND BRAID Made from high strength UHMwPE (Ultra High Molecular weight Polyethylene) fibres, Donaghys Winchline has a very low elongation of 4% at break, and on a weight for weight basis, is 15 times stronger than steel wire rope.

RANGE AVAILABLE : 1 mm to 96mm, sold by the metre.

The endless parallel lay configuration of the KEVLAR ® fibres, coupled with high strength steel eyes encased in a thick, rubber cover, creates lightweight, rugged and very high break strength strops. From 0.3 metres up to 20 metres in length and ranging from 10-400 tonnes break strength, Black Snake KEVLAR ® Recovery strops are suitable for most recovery situations in mine operations and heavy duty applications. With over 18,000 KEVLAR ® Recovery Strops produced, Black Snake KEVLAR ® Recovery strops provide a practical and proven alternative to wire rope, chain or fibre rope/round-sling/webbing straps.

SAFETY • Reduce exposure to back and work related injury. PROTECTIVE SLEEVES Twin-Path ® slings are manufactured in Australia by Beaver Brands, (under licence from Slingmas), and are constructed with K-Spec ® high performance fibres which will not stretch under load - enabling accurate control. The slings consist of a Covermax ® outer cover, which is four times more abrasion resistant than other slings with standard polyester covers. TWIN-PATH ® TOW SLINGS FROM 5 TO 600 TONNES

Twin-Path ® Slings consist of two independent cores.

If the early warning indicators (EWI) is missing, the sling may be unfit for use.

• Covermax ® pads and sleeves available if required. TELL TAILS / OPTICAL FIBRES • Allows continual monitoring of sling safety.
