RecogniseYu is designed to encourage line managers and colleagues to nominate and say ‘thank you’ to colleagues who actively demonstrate our company values/behaviours. If you are nominated, you’ll receive an e-card to say “thank you!” and you will be entered into a monthly prize draw to win a retail voucher, as well as seeing your name on the Wall of Fame. WE VALUE - LONG SERVICE AWARDS We value loyalty and commitment to our business. We start celebrating service milestones at 5 years, then every 5 years after that anniversary. The rewards vary dependent on the service milestone but there is lots to get excited about including gift vouchers, additional holiday entitlement and an invitation to our Long Service Dinner event. All colleagues retiring from Yusen will receive a £50 voucher and for those with 5 years and above service, an additional £10 for each year of service after 5 years will be applied. YUREFER - EMPLOYEE REFERRAL SCHEME Yusen are always looking for great people to work here and what better way to find them than through colleague referrals. As a thank you, we offer a referral bonus for the successful referral of a new colleague. It’s as easy as 1,2,3: 1. WE LISTEN - COMMUNICATION Communication is key within the business to ensure you are kept fully informed, understand how your role contributes to the achievement of our goals and have a voice too. • MD Briefing – Once a month our MD provides a briefing via teams with an update on company performance and progress towards our strategic goals, along with an opportunity to ask questions. • Monthly Team Talks – Are held by your line manager, which provide an update from the MD – David Goldsborough, Director updates on our strategic goals and local information, to inform you about your local customers, celebrate success and have a two-way conversation to ensure your views are heard. • Forward Magazine – Yusen’s internal magazine is available online and printed for drivers and warehouse colleagues. Featuring regular updates from the MD, Training and Development, Sustainability and a focus on different areas across the business. • Hapi App – All our internal communications are provided on the Hapi App to ensure our colleagues without access to emails or systems are able to access all internal communications too. • Global & UK Employee Survey – Every two years, Yusen run a Global Connected Colleague Survey where you can ‘have your say’ and provide ideas for improvement. In the UK, we also run an annual Employee Engagement Survey via WorkBuzz to ensure we are continuously improving and listening to you. Look out for ‘you said, we did’ on actions that come from your feedback. Please take part in these surveys, your views really do make an impact. • Employee Experience Team (EET) – The team includes representatives from across the business to get involved in ideas and projects to improve engagement across the business. • National Joint Consultative Committee ( NJCC) – Regular meetings are held with our recognised Trade Unions, to ensure open communication and a partnership approach to ensure we are the best employer that we can be.

When the referred candidate is successfully hired, you will be eligible for a referral bonus (subject to T&Cs*) of £150 when the candidate joins and a further £450 bonus when the candidate has passed their probation. When you refer a candidate for a ‘driving’ position, you will be eligible for a special referral bonus (subject to T&Cs*), of £500 when the candidate joins and a further £500 bonus when the candidate has passed their probation.
